Fairmont Heights High School Redevelopment

The County is withholding public records about the historic Fairmont Heights High School redevelopment.  Maryland’s Public Information Act says agencies must produce records promptly. It also encourages waiving fees when requests serve the public interest. County officials have done the opposite.
