GCHIC Needs Your Help to Succeed!
Here's How You Can Support Us
Make a Donation
Monetary contributions are the lifeblood of any nonprofit. They make it possible for us to carry out our programmatic work, and also to meet our ongoing operational expenses. It’s a great way to show your support for GCHIC. Any amount--from $10 to $10,000 (or more!) will help us work toward achieving a greater Capitol Heights! Just click below!
Want to donate something other than money (e.g., real property, tangible goods or supplies, securities, etc.) or make a bequest? Please contact us to discuss.
Partner With Us
Much of GCHIC's work requires the advice and assistance of professionals such as lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, planners, economists, and graphic designers. If you or your firm are interested in donating in-kind professional services, or in-kind technical services such as printing and publication, web design, and IT, GCHIC welcomes the opportunity to partner with you! Please contact us to discuss how we can collaborate in making Capitol Heights a greater place to live, work, and play!
Volunteer Your Time
With limited paid staff, GCHIC relies heavily on the support of volunteers to carry out our mission. We believe the best way for our initiatives to be successful is for the community to be actively involved and engaged. This could involve canvassing, leafleting, clerical work, helping to staff a public event, being a neighborhood captain, and a variety of other activities. If you have a little time to spare and share, please get in touch with us! If you would like to make a more sustained time commitment to GCHIC, consider applying to:
